## What is Lead It Builders?

Lead It Builders gives property owners a clear, real-time window into their construction projects — everything in one private, secure app.

Sign in to see exactly where your project stands, without chasing emails or phone calls.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Track progress — A visual home screen shows your project's stage in the development journey, with the latest jobsite photo front and center.

• Browse jobsite photos — See owner-shared photos from the field in a clean, full-screen viewer.

• Open your project binder — Plans, permits, contracts, change orders, and reports, organized by category with clear filing status.

• Follow the money — Review your budget by trade, hard and soft costs, loan and draw structure, invoices, and payment activity.

• See daily field reports — Site conditions, weather, and trades on site, day by day.

• Stay ahead of compliance — Track open and resolved building-code items your team is handling.

• See your whole portfolio — Own more than one project? View them all on an interactive map and switch between them instantly.

• Search everything — Find any document, permit, or detail across your projects in seconds.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-08-18

Your plans and documents now open straight from the app — no Microsoft sign-in, no login wall. "The whole project folder" opens your real SharePoint folder, and hundreds of individual filings that used to dead-end now open on the first tap.

Also in this release:
• Settings buttons respond across the whole row instead of only on the text
• Your project binder shows exactly the documents shared with you
• Faster, more reliable loading of long photo and report lists

### 1.2 — 2026-08-13

Managers, executives and coordinators can see every project again. Previously their portfolio came up empty.

Report a problem from any screen. The support tab sits on the left edge, takes a picture of what you were looking at, and lets you mark it up before sending.

Notifications are kept in the app. Open Activity from the search button to catch up on anything you missed, and clear what you have dealt with.

Reports filed from the foreman link now notify the office. They went out by email before, but never reached anyone's phone.

Daily reports now arrive with their own sound.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-11

File your daily report by voice — tap Start recording and say the day once, and the report writes itself. Typing is still there if you prefer it.

Site photos can now be saved to your camera roll in one tap, shared to WhatsApp, Messages or email, and marked up — circle the thing you're talking about and it saves as a new photo without touching the original. Photos also load much faster.

Milestones now show the same progress everywhere: the ring, the bars and the owner's view all read the one list your team keeps.

Plus a long list of fixes across the filing screens and the owner portal, including several places where a figure was shown that nobody had actually measured.
