## What is LeadBind?

LeadBind is the revenue operating system for teams that live on the phone and businesses that live on the calendar. Pick your setup when you sign up: a sales workspace built around the dialer, or a service workspace built around your schedule and an AI receptionist. Either way, the outcome is the same. Every call gets answered, every lead gets worked, and every appointment lands on your calendar.

CHOOSE YOUR SETUP
When you create your workspace, you choose how your business wins customers. Sales teams get a dialer-first home. Service businesses get a calendar-first home with the AI receptionist front and center. Same app, built around your day.

FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES

Your front desk, handled. Your AI receptionist answers when you are on a job, after hours, and on weekends. It greets callers, answers questions, qualifies the work, and books the appointment straight onto your calendar. You come back to booked jobs, not voicemails.

Speed to lead, automatically. When a new lead comes in, LeadBind can call them back within moments, before they ever dial your competitor.

Today at a glance. Open the app and see the jobs on deck, the bookings that came in overnight, who your receptionist talked to, and which customers are waiting on a follow-up.

Reviews on autopilot. When a job wraps, LeadBind queues a review request so happy customers become your best marketing.

FOR SALES TEAMS

Power Dialer. Work your whole list without touching the phone between calls. LeadBind bridges each call through your own cell plan. No separate VoIP service. No unknown carrier. Your number, your plan. The engine logs every outcome, advances to the next contact, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Single-dial and hands-free power modes are both available.

Vance, your AI copilot. Ask for anything mid-session: find and update leads, draft follow-ups, pull a performance briefing, or line up your next calls. Vance shows its progress on longer jobs and always asks for your approval before anything sends on your behalf. Full conversation history means context never resets.

Door Mode. Take the pipeline to the street. See your turf on the map, log every knock in a couple of taps, and route yourself to the next stop. Managers see every door the team hit.

IN EVERY WORKSPACE

Leads and pipeline. Import lists, search and filter by any field, and move contacts through a visual board. Every record keeps its full call history, notes, and messages.

Follow-up sequences. Multi-step text and email drips with an inbox that surfaces every drafted message, ready to review and send in a single pass.

Analytics. Connect rate, speed to lead, appointments booked, conversion funnel, and ROI by lead source, all filterable across any time window. The dashboard tells you your next highest-value action the moment you open it.

AI Studio. Set your AI agent's persona, business name, tone, hours, and the playbook it follows on every call. Test a live call to your own phone before it goes live.

Book of Business. For insurance teams: track your policy portfolio, monitor persistency, and see commission breakdowns by carrier.

Team. Invite reps and track individual and organization-wide performance across any date range.

Numbers. Manage your phone lines, caller ID, and local-presence dialing. Your AI receptionist gets its own dedicated line.

Set up your workspace on the web at leadbind.org, then sign in here and run the whole thing from your phone.

Power dialer functions well and the dialing in sessions is easier than other crm’s I’ve tried. Very hands free.

The best CRM in the game!

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.5 — 2026-09-30

A new way to work your day. Home is now six real lists (Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Leads, Someday, Logbook) instead of a dashboard, plus collapsible Areas for everything else. Every screen has a way back, and nothing is more than two taps from home.

Projects, done right. Make a real to-do or a real project, point it at a customer, a campaign or a deal, and watch it check itself off as your account actually does the work, never by guessing.

You can pay from the app. A plan card now opens checkout directly instead of going nowhere.

Switch workspaces from home. If you run accounts for other businesses, or your account is one of them, moving between workspaces and businesses is always one tap away, on every screen.

Mani got her own home. A real chat list grouped by day, a visible mark, and status that updates live instead of once per visit.

A calmer look throughout. Grey card fills, tinted icons and shouted all-caps labels are gone in favor of white surfaces, real hairlines and sentence case.

Fixes. Today, Inbox and Logbook failing to load for no reason the app would explain. The Leads header covering its own title. Search results that could not scroll. Agency client accounts with no way back to their own workspace and no path to the rest of the app.

### 1.5.4 — 2026-09-10

Jobs. The work after the sale now lives in the app: a booked lead becomes a job, the job carries the crew and the money, and finishing one asks that customer for a review while they are still standing in front of the work.

Switch workspaces. If you run accounts for other businesses, you can move between them without signing out. Everything on screen follows the account you pick.

Progress got its history. Your XP now shows the last thirty days as a chart, what actually earned it, your best day, and what your pace means for the next level.

Call analytics knows when the phone rings. Volume by hour and by day with the booking rate inside each bar, and calls that came in after hours counted on their own, because those are the ones a business without an answering line simply misses.

Your website tells you when it stops reporting. A site that stopped sending data says so instead of showing old numbers as though they were this month.

Answer-engine visibility for every website, not only agency ones. See when ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI read your site and send people to it.

Fixes. Signing out on its own and then again right after signing back in. Ad platform logos that showed the wrong company. Agent settings you could not reach from the voice agents tab. Connectors that said Soon about things you can connect today.

### 1.5.3 — 2026-09-07

Vance talks properly now. The voice screen shows the LeadBind mark, it renders the cards it is talking about instead of telling you to tap something that is not there, and the waits between turns are gone.

AI Staff says what each role can really do. The list comes from the role's actual permissions, the status is read from live work, and it reads the same on the phone and on the web.

Carrier sign-ins tell the truth. A carrier reads connected only after the portal login is verified, a sign-in that never finished says so, and Reconnect reopens it. Managers can see which of their reps need to sign in again.

Teams. An owner can create teams, name a lead for each, and staff them. A team lead sees their own reps and nobody else's.

Date filters everywhere: today, seven days, thirty days, three months, six months, a year, or your own range.

Lead forms from Google Ads land straight in your book, with the setup steps in the app.

Insurance: a production report by carrier and by rep, a quick quote on the lead card, and your licensed states on the compliance screen.

### 1.5.2 — 2026-09-05

Your voice agents are yours to shape. Rename any agent with a tap and open its editor to change what it says, its tone, hours, transfer number, voicemail and voice.

Ranks and prestige. Every connect, booking, knock and close earns points on the server. Climb ten ranks from Rookie to Hall of Fame, keep a streak, and see today's targets and what each one is worth.

Settings rebuilt. One clear index with search, grouped screens, inline saves that say when they failed, and export of your leads and appointments.

Calls, call analytics and the dialer redesigned. Daily call charts, sentiment and outcomes as real proportions, full call cards, and a call detail with the recording and the grader's notes.

Billing that works. Open your Stripe billing portal, see every invoice with a PDF, and read real usage against your plan's included minutes.

Website numbers as an experience, home screen widgets, addresses on leads, and a welcome and sign in that get out of your way. Sign in with Google is here.

### 1.5.1 — 2026-09-04

Every lead now has a timeline. Open a lead and see its calls, texts, emails, bookings and follow-ups on one rail, newest first, and tap any row to open the real record.

Campaigns are on the phone. Build a call, text or email campaign from a lead filter or a saved list, preview exactly who it reaches before you launch, and watch the per-contact ledger as it runs.

Live Activities. A running dial session now shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Lead scores are real. Each lead carries a score built from your own won and lost history, with the reasons behind it on the lead itself.

Door mode was rebuilt around one stop card and one Log knock button. The receptionist settings, quoting, follow-up sequences and onboarding were moved onto the same layout as the rest of the app. Failed loads now say so instead of showing an empty screen.
