I just want to reset back to the original account I’ve subscribed to for years. But the mobile app is a big disappointment. It logs me out every few hours and there isn't an option to log in with face ID. I have to type in my email and password every time. Charts aren't easily navigatible as on the web version. At all *2026-07-10* I downloaded this app hoping to get some good bangers. Especially paying 70 dollars a month. I’m sorry but 70 dollars a month to look at your list of high cap stocks. I don’t know the app was worthless I couldn’t even set up a screener to see what’s looking good for the day. Literally all the information they give for 70 dollars a month is BS. My subscription does not carry over to the desktop/laptop. I subscribe to IBD but the leaderboard subscription does not show up along with my other IBD subscriptions. Very weird. More weird is that I could not subscribe to leaderboard from my Mac. Selecting yearly subscription has no effect. Looks like a few things are broken and deployed without full testing. ### 5/5 — Great tool *2024-10-10* Is great it fits amazing with my options trading plan! It does my homework by just opening the app. I used to spend stressful hours doing research im glad they give free trials and im keeping my membership. They also very helpful with their couching of how to use the software in your advantage. The mobile app does need some extra love their notes doesn’t show on the charts like the ones on their website. I hope they are working on this. I am disappointed that I have difficulty getting on to this site with my Apple iPhone. The phone does not work like other apps. I always have to sign in, and sometimes it doesn't even let me sign in.
