The green binder, rebuilt for your pocket. Leaders Book is a digital leader's book for Army leaders, from fire team to battery. It keeps your people, your trackers, and your unit's word in one place, and it keeps working in the field with zero signal. YOUR WHOLE UNIT, ONE BOOK Build your structure the way it actually sits: battery or company, platoons, sections, squads, crews. Every Soldier profile carries real rank insignia, duty position, contact info, AFT score, weapons qualifications with dates, medical readiness with due dates, schools, badges, and assigned equipment serial numbers. PROFILES THAT FILL THEMSELVES Point the camera at a printed Soldier Record Brief and watch name, rank, MOS, ETS, and more autofill. You review every field before it saves. Or skip typing entirely: every account has a personal join code, a leader enters it once, and the Soldier lands in the organization with their profile already linked. ONE-TAP PERSTAT Start a check-in and watch the roll-up fill live. Everyone gets one big I'M PRESENT button. Leaders can mark anyone present by hand for verbal or radio accountability, and tap any status box to see names, not just numbers. TRACKERS THAT LAND ON A CALENDAR Leave, duty, taskings with multiple Soldiers, vehicle manifests with driver, TC, and gunner seats, appointments, tests, counseling, flags. Slide a row to set status. Leaders Book is not a secure communications channel and is not an official U.S. Army or DoD product. ## Version history (last 4 releases) ### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-17 Fixed: deleting an organization now works. Deleting a book no longer removes your account or signs you out, and owning more than one organization no longer blocks the delete. You stay signed in, land on your remaining organization (or the setup screen), and can create a new one right away. ### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-06 Bug fixes and improvements. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-07-27 Fixed an intermittent permissions error when creating a new organization. Fixed reliability issues when deleting an organization or account. You can now create additional organizations from Settings without starting a new account.
