I can’t even log into my account. I can’t unlock my card because the app is always having issues. And I’ve opened it before when it should be locked and it says my card is unlocked so I exit the app and open it again and it says it’s locked. It’s not reliable and very annoying. Gotta keep going back in the app over and over to make sure it’s actually unlocked after you’ve tried to use it now you in line looking stupid or embarrassed. It’s pointless having it. This app is especially useful to set up alerts on my debit card, as well as, giving me the option to lock my card if lost or stolen! In this app or the mobile app, it would be nice if your card auto populated before you received it and gave an option to add it to Apple Pay so we could use it before the physical card arrives. It has a lot of useful features like choosing which categories of purchases to block and notification control, just is dated and should be integrated with the main Leaders app. ### 2/5 — Keeps login/locking me out. *2022-06-21, version 22.1.1* “Use Biometrics” is basically null. It’s inconsistent and continuously requires login information. There’s always an error message, wether I put it in correctly (“still can’t verify”) or incorrectly (“incorrect info”).
