Organize each renovation record from pre-work notice through final photos in one field-ready binder.

Create a binder for each property and record pre-renovation notices, work areas, containment, cleaning activity, pamphlet delivery, customer acknowledgments, signatures, completion photos, and notes. Keep dates, people, and supporting photos connected to the event they document.

REUSABLE PROFILES AND REMINDERS  
Store firm and renovator profiles for repeat work. Add a local retention reminder.

PROFESSIONAL PDF BINDERS  
Generate a US Letter PDF with job and property details, profiles, a document index, notice records, delivery evidence, conditions and photos, work-area and containment entries, cleaning records, acknowledgments, signatures, a timeline, retention information, and notes. For example, a renovation contractor can close out a pre-1978 home project by giving the property owner one organized PDF and retaining the same binder for a later records review.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN  
LeadSafe works offline. No account is required, and there is no cloud sync, advertising, or analytics SDK. Job records, property details, photos, and signatures remain on the device. PDFs leave the app only when the user chooses the standard iOS share sheet.

Each auto-renewing plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, the selected plan is charged unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
