Great lay out, and great ideas! ### 4/5 — Well done *2019-10-03, version 3.0.14* I like the app a lot. The content in great and it’s easy for our small group leaders to see their content. I would love to use the app to give my communicator, host, and storyteller their scripts too. They would then have access to the overview, news, and devotional. I think the small group leaders could also benefit from seeing the large group script. Giving them even more resources to lead small well. ### 3/5 — 2 Weeks In, Like So Far *2019-09-21, version 3.0.14* Like having the discussion content available electronically- saves time and trees! Suggestions: need to be able to edit the date on attendance in case I forget and need to log it the next day or so. Also need to be able to share the list of “all” prayer requests (along with identifying who made each prayer request) via message so all members can be praying for one another. Currently the list has no name identification associated and does display the full request if the description is too long. Please add these elements to an update! Thank you! ### 4/5 — Great for SGL updates but too many bugs to use for small group data *2019-09-18, version 3.0.14* Data entered for one student will auto fill into every other student profile is those fields are left blank. I now can’t use the phone number fields since I don’t know if that is actually their number. Super frustrating. As a SGL I love this app for getting prepped by our youth pastors and keeping up to date on our own news. The small group participant information section has a lot of potential. Please fix these bugs!! ### 2/5 — Needs a lot of work... *2019-07-21, version 3.0.13* Good foundation and like others have said it has a lot of potential. However bugs like adding other people’s info to fields if they are left blank is extremely frustrating. There is no way to sync with contacts, or choose email and/or calendar application (I.e. Google, Outlook, etc.) ### 2/5 — Could be great but too many bugs *2019-03-23, version 3.0.10* I have had this app With our church youth group for the past year. Although the concept is great, and using it weekly for discussion guides is helpful, there are way too many bugs that make the app very frustrating. For one, once you add a member to your group you can no longer add anything to their profile without restarting it all over again. The app never lets me sign in without re-entering my email and password and I had to reset my password many times to get it to work. You can’t copy and paste information into student profiles without it messing up. And I constantly get error messages when trying to input information. If I tried to change any profile information, it does not save. Again, we use it every week and it’s great for the weekly Messages. But not good for keeping up with my small group and all of their information. So I will use something else for that from now on. ### 4/5 — Helpful tool *2019-02-06, version 3.0.8* I love this app and all that it offers for small group leaders. I especially love that there is now the ability to login to one main account where the group info is stored so you don’t have to enter kids info on each leaders app. I do have one issue though and that is that I have not been able to get the photos to stay uploaded for each child and their profile pages don’t load properly. If there is a fix for this, that would be awesome. ### 4/5 — Simple is good *2018-11-07, version 3.0.6* I like the simple design. Please don’t over complicate this app. But why have the arrow buttons at the bottom of the screen when viewing the small group guide or devotional? All it does is block words at the bottom. It’s terrible placement. Can you make the arrow buttons transparent or move them? ### 2/5 — Bugs galore *2018-10-04, version 3.0.6* There are so many bugs with this app. I spent an hour inputing my leaders pictures, birthdays, addresses, etc and none of it even saved. I try to add a birthday and it doesn’t save. I try to chance a picture and it doesn’t let me change it. I have to delete the person and wrote a new profile for them if I want to change the picture. It’s easier for me to just keep their info in my phone contacts. ### 1/5 — Update Wiped Out Data *2018-09-09, version 3.0.5* I downloaded the update and now have no access to my previous small group data. YES. I did do the sync which the app recognized was needed due to previous version of the app. Also, cannot log in consistently. ### 3/5 — APP ADDITION IDEAS *2018-08-31, version 3.0.4* 1. Transfer students to a new group 2. Add students grade and app should graduate them after a certain date 3. Add a feature to text instead of only call students 4. A graph or some number that gives attendance numbers 5. Ability to see curriculum from the past 6. Ability to remove curriculum from the home section since it’s already on this week section 7. Reminder of birthdays 8. Ability to see curriculum from multiple grades ### 3/5 — Almost great *2018-08-24, version 3.0.4* I thought this was going to be the app I needed! But unfortunately there’s no way to add my small group co-leader to access and share the info 😭 ### 4/5 — What happened??? *2018-08-22, version 3.0.4* What happened to this app? Once I updated this I could not log in. I tried the option to reset the password several times over several days. The app did not send an email to reset it. I checked my spam to see if it was there. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still no luck. I registered for a new account. Finally, I accessed the app. I cannot find where I input the church id. I do not have any of the info about my small group members. Aggravated!! Review update: I had one of the administrators at the church delete me then add me back in. All works well. ### 1/5 — Recent changes *2018-06-24, version 3.0.3* This is been a great app up until the most recent changes. Now I cannot even access the information I had loaded prior. I am frustrated because all my kids information has disappeared and when we got ready for promotion Sunday, I could not give the new small group leader the kids information. I also have to enter my sign on and password every time I access the app. I look forward to some resolution, and I hope to hear from somebody ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2018-06-12, version 3.0.3* After the 3.0.3 update this morning I can no longer login. I wrote a lot of notes during service and it wiped the notes away when I had to put my phone down for a moment. However, every time I try to log in for the first time the app crashes on me. It’s frustrating not being able to rely on it for small group organization. Currently I can’t create a new group without the app crashing and logging me out. With the update I lost all of “my few” member info. So, I’ve had to set them up again and am having trouble saving info I want to add to each member. I’ve set up several members and then have gone back to edit/add info and it won’t save. I’m wasn’t sure how to get support on this except to leave a review here. Also, there needs to be a way to edit groups (delete members, move members to other groups - for ex. I want to move a middle school group member to a high school group because they have graduated from middle school, etc. ) ### 1/5 — Agree with the first review *2019-05-09, version 3.0.12* Like the other reviewer said, this is a great concept but way too many glitches. So frustrating trying to save info. Picture from one person shows up on several others!! When you take attendance it shows the correct number but all the students show up when viewed. I went to the ap this morning, and it is set for babies. I’ve followed the directions to change it back (how did this even happen?), but no joy. Right now on my iPhone 5, I have to scroll the background up to see the share icon. But I cannot click on it.
