Ironically it’s there in the market to serve as lead management app for sales team and isn’t even fit to search a particular lead. Some features are good but majority of the app isn’t even capable to run smoothly. Sometimes the app becomes unresponsive in the middle of the operation. It’s search box is worst feature present in the app. Example the other day I was looking out for “Rajeev” lead and Searched it with the help of their in-built search option but I couldn’t get it. After few minutes of wasting my team search manually the lead I got it. The lead was created as “Mr. Rajeev” so the search box failed to identify the lead. So next time you need to search we need to precisely know each and every name out of somewhere around 500-600 leads so we then only LeadSquared app will identify the lead and show you the results. Kudos to their so advance system. 👏🏼 Wiring this review taking my time out of the work so the developers can do some good work for the betterment of their users.
