This company has made it nearly impossible to 1) want to keep their services running 2) getting a hold of anybody to transfer service 3) once we attempted to cancel our membership. There is no way to do this on the website or on the app. 4) so we emailed them and they proceeded to not email back, continued to charge us. And when we inquired about dropping our membership once again and getting our money back for that final month, still no message back. There is no communication whatsoever from this company. Toggling between different conversations can be irritating. I miss communications at times because of the convo classifications. Unable to delete old convos which makes new communication confusing.
