Payments through the App are regularly down/broken, which is frustrating as we cannot pay by direct debit as this doesn’t work via the App either!

Shocking    I’m disabled and been treated really badly by leaf 
I’m left with no cooker or hob so can’t cook meaning can’t eat

Auto pay does not work. I use the same card details to make manual payment but when auto pay is set up it tells me I can’t make payment and should check expiry date but it’s the exact same card I use to pay manually.
