The new storyline, “Mom at 16,” presents pregnancy and motherhood at a very young age in an unrealistic and misleading way. The story includes scientifically inaccurate information. For example, it depicts a three-week-old embryo as already behaving like a developed baby and “waving” to its mother. In reality, at three weeks of pregnancy, the embryo is only a tiny cluster of cells and has not developed limbs, movements, or any recognizable human features. Rather than presenting a balanced discussion about the challenges and consequences of teenage pregnancy, the storyline seems to push the idea that girls should continue pregnancies at 16. This makes the story feel less like a narrative about personal choice and more like a form of social or political messaging. I am honestly furious and deeply disappointed with this story. I do not support early pregnancy, and I strongly object to the way it is presented in this novel. It feels less like a serious exploration of a difficult situation and more like an attempt to romanticize or promote early pregnancy. What makes this even worse is that there is absolutely no option to terminate the pregnancy. Why am I being forced to accept a storyline that I fundamentally disagree with? If the developers want to include early pregnancy, that is their choice. But forcing the player to continue it, while removing the possibility of abortion, is not meaningful choice. I am not asking for the story to promote abortion. I am asking for the player to have the right to make that decision for their own character. Pregnancy is a major life-changing event, and it is extremely frustrating to see the game treat it as something the player simply has to accept. This is not a small detail or a minor writing preference. It directly affects my experience of the novel, and in this case, it has made me genuinely dislike the story. I hope you will seriously reconsider this approach. If you are going to include early pregnancy, please stop treating continuation as the only acceptable outcome. It's also encouraging to see the embryo having arms, legs, etc., in the very early stages of pregnancy, when the embryo is literally 1-2 mm in size.
