Zip codes, alley addresses good luck you’ll never find your league. **Developer response:** Hello! We're sorry you're having difficulty finding your league in the league lobby. The search supports League Name, Center Name, and Zip Code as the field states. Please do utilize one of those search queries and should be able to find your league. Additionally if you enable location services when on this page it will automatically use your location to find centers/leagues nearest to you. It makes it so difficult to look at and track leagues. ### 1/5 — No customer support *2024-09-18, version 1.0.28* Been trying to get ahold of anyone at this company for weeks, have sent several emails. No responses at all or assistance in fixing their incorrect mapping of users to random people and teams. ### 1/5 — Very buggy and slow *2024-02-27, version 1.0.28* Probably among the worst apps I’ve ever seen. Uses ancient technology, which is very slow. Profile pictures upload sideways. I don’t even know if this app is PCI-DSS compliant. Do not recommend ### 1/5 — Not Juniors Friendly *2023-09-15, version 1.0.25* As a Youth Director, I am frustrated by how difficult this program is for junior leagues. Most parents of youth aren’t going to get their kids an email address and will only give me the parent address. The league defaults to the parent name. When adding a family member, they are blocked from adding others because of this email issue. I’ve been stuck using manual sheets and calculations for the past few leagues because of this. ### 1/5 — Broken *2023-07-31, version 1.0.24* I’m trying to create an account, but it keeps saying that my password doesn’t meet the requirements. I checked for those requirements and it meets all those but it still won’t work ### 1/5 — Couldn't sign up *2023-07-05, version 1.0.24* I would leave zero stars if I could. The criteria for passwords must not be accurate because I tried signing up with 10 different passwords, each with numbers, special characters, and over 9 characters. The score/series tracker is adequate. Customer support is where this review gets dinged. I contacted Support and explained the issue. 8 emails later and the only thing they can suggest is to log off and back on! I have explained the actual problem multiple times but the support person can’t put down the “help desk script” long enough to understand. You guys have got to do better. ### 1/5 — Can’t Connect Account to my Name *2026-02-09, version 1.0.28* The whole point of the app is to connect to your name to track leagues and pay, but it’s apparently registered to someone else’s account somehow. I don’t wanna waste anymore of my time than I have to. Then said my email didn’t exist. Then when I sign up again it says my account is already claimed. It was easy and effortless. Registered, looked around the app, entered my league name, and got in and saw my stats and that’s it. The biggest advantage I've seen so far is the simplicity of the software and they're unmatched support, not to mention having an app with notifications to your bowlers. Nothing is more aggrivating then using software with bad support. Leaguepals isn't like that at all! They have responded within 15 minutes of my requests everytime! They actually encourage you to send them ideas, I can't wait to see what future updates bring! Can’t find your bowling alley and it always defaults to alleys nowhere near your location. To find your league you need to search for the EXACT name of the league then it might come up. ### 3/5 — Can’t Change Password *2024-09-06, version 1.0.28* Fortunately when I originally signed up, I used a unique password, but I’m in the process of changing all my passwords due to a data breach, and even though my new password checks all the security boxes (mixed cases, numbers, and special characters), the boxes are not clearing, and it’s refusing to accept my new password. I’ve attempted this both in the browser and app, with no avail. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon, otherwise, I’ll need to ditch it. ### 3/5 — Can’t see game breakdowns any more. *2024-03-22, version 1.0.28* App was serviceable once leagues added games bowled for the week. Only issue I’m having as of the last week or so is that you can’t see the bowlers’ breakdown of what they bowled when you rotate your device, like the app suggests for that function. 😕 ### 3/5 — Bogus app *2023-11-26, version 1.0.26* Sort of works but no updates until the next bowling event (very lame), would like to see how I did and my new averages but that isn’t possible.
