I have been working with Leah since April.  I can’t convey in mere words what a positive impact she has had on my life.  It is apparent that in her passion for helping others she has figured out a way to stoke that desire for you to show up for yourself.  Who doesn’t want that!   I have lost 15 lbs ~ (I am a woman in menopause )however the greatest value comes from all the other components in her plan.   All I can say is place your trust in her, you won’t be sorry!  Leah is engaging in her approach she keeps things interesting and challenging.  Thanks Leah
