Start to take control of your Gyn Health. This Stress Urinary Incontinence app called Leak Free Me is interactive, easy to navigate, and will provide valuable information about Your Solutions based on Your Profile. Do you leak urine when you cough, laugh, or exercise? If you have urinary stress incontinence, our interactive apps will you give you the education and guidance you need to have better conversations with your doctor.

This app includes a treatment knowledge engine that GynMobileHealth developed using the experience of gynecologists all Board Certified (FPMRS) and algorithms with clinical cases based on evidence that allow to educate women about their specific alternatives of treatments for SUI, free from the influence of misleading marketing campaigns to misinform about treatments or in other cases to be faced with hundreds of thousands of links of websites or general medical apps that provide a huge amount of information that in the majority of the cases is not applicable to the specific user.


 

This application also includes a BladderKit that will improve your quality of life, it includes tools such as :

- Keep a daily activity control of your bladder. The application creates a PDF file of every activity that you register. Print it out or send it by email to your doctor to help you and your doctor to understand which activities are increasing your incontinence.
- Keep a detailed record of your personal goals and achievements. After making a decision about your treatment evaluate how successful was the decision to take appropriate corrective measures and improve your quality of life.
- Complete program of Kegel exercises with 40 levels and 3-D animations to help you identify the appropriate muscles and perform the exercises correctly
- Coach to schedule your bladder through alarms at specific times in which you should teach your bladder to void. Your bladder can behave like a spoiled child so a little discipline will not dislike
