## What is Lean Standard Work Rpt?

Standard Work (specifically the Standard Work Combination Table as the Standard Work Report) assists to establish precise procedures for process control and standardization.  This app provides fundamental information on why Standard Work is the foundation for continuous improvement (or kaizen). This app allows you to document current best practices via start and stop cycle times relative to a goal or takt time displayed on a dynamic Bar Chart.  Videos can also be uploaded or taken by the device and analyzed.  Subsequent team evaluation can analyze process steps to ensure best practices are used for new and/or improved standards. This application will significantly help to eliminate process variation, and allow for ease of training all employees to the new, improved standard. 

The Dynamic Kanban Action Item Board allows Action Items to be visually managed using 4 “buckets” of To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done allowing for Assignor to track progress by a simple drag and drop function to each bucket.  Emails are automatically sent to Assignee(s) for all Action Items.

The 4 buckets functions as follows:

To Do – The Assignor will create the Action Item and reside there until the Assignee receives the email notification and acknowledges receipt to the Assignor via email or text.  The Assignor then moves it to In Progress.
In Progress – The Assignee will work on the Action Item and once completed notify the Assignor.  The Assignor then moves it to In Review.
In Review – The Assignor will ensure the Action Item is completed and move it to Done, or if not completed, make comments and move it back to In Progress, and subsequently notify the Assignee.
Done – The Assignor moves the Action Item to Done once they are satisfied that it has been fully completed.
  
Beyond educational purposes, this app provides suggested activities for creating a customizable and standardized use of a Standardized Work Combination Table report and Action Item tracking.

An innovative Lean tool that is easy to understand, collect data, record/analyze video of a process, and view all process steps in a dynamic bar chart format relative to a takt time or goal.  Easy to move processes around with a drag and drop function.  
This app saves me time in creating a Standard Work Combo Table, sharing it via a PDF file, and obtaining feedback from process workers. Very nicely structured. A Lean app built for the 21st century…hoping the other ones are as good as this one from MCS Media, Inc.
