Once you call the phd, they have little knowledge on how to fix such a crucial problem. So far, I have three applications holding time, effort, gas, and inconvenience to a client because of this issue. ### 3/5 — Did not work today *2022-07-12, version 2.0* Captured SOA, enrollment, and HRA with client in an area with no internet service. Thought no problem, I have 24 hrs to sync it. But the sync kept failing. Chat with PHD told me to clear the cache on the app in settings… which wiped everything I was trying to sync out. Back to the drawing board. I had worked for a previous insurer who had an e-app system that took almost twice as long to complete an application. ### 4/5 — SSN Field for Dual Apps *2019-03-14, version 1.3* This version is more reliable than previous versions. I haven’t had any issues so far. However, NC Medicaid requires a SSN for Dual apps and there isn’t a field on the application in LEAN. In the past it hasn’t really been an issue bc PHD looked up the SSN. It seems like apps have been pending longer because they are calling the client to ask for the number. As soon as the app hits Jarvis I have been calling PHD to give them the SSN to put in the app notes. If there was a SSN field that would trigger, if you select a NC Dual app, I think it would save time for PHD and the app process. Even if there was an optional SSN field for all of the LEAN apps that would be helpful. Maybe under the question that asks if the prospect has Medicaid, there could be an optional field to enter a SSN beside the Medicaid number field. Not sure which would be easier but I think it is an important change. ### 3/5 — Using lean *2018-12-15, version 1.3* Lean is a great tool when it works. It always seems to have issues in the beginning of aep. Not sure why. This should be all ready for a lot of use but it never is. ### 5/5 — Lean *2018-12-14, version 1.3* New features make it easier to use for rapid enrollment. Enrollments seem to complete faster when submitted through Lean ### 5/5 — Excellent Enrollment Tool *2018-12-14, version 1.3* I have been using LEAN since it was introduced to our market several years ago. I absolutely love it and feel it is the gold standard for electronic enrollment tools.
