## What is LeanMail?

LeanMail mobile is an application that makes managing email in Microsoft Outlook effective and efficient. It gives you control over filing and finding email, control over priorities, and control over your day.

LeanMail seamlessly synchronizes with the desktop version of LeanMail for Microsoft Outlook to ensure that your inbox is perfectly organized at all times.

LeanMail is a methodology based on the principles of Lean Six-sigma and borrows from other concepts originated by thought leaders such as Stephen Covey, David Allen, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi and many others.

LeanMail embodies the notion that good is the enemy of great.  Rather than incremental improvements, LeanMail transforms the process of managing email into a highly effective customer-centric set of automations, filters, work-flows and pull systems based on critical business needs and values. 

Most importantly, LeanMail is simply a two-step process that enables you to put the focus on what is vital when it is needed.  A perfect symbiosis between man and machine.

2.1.0 has been rebuilt from scratch. The interface is much more user friendly and the reliability has been markedly improved.

Move "When" dates with +1 (day) and +7 (week)
Search functionality
Sort by Received, Sent, From, To, Subject, Category, Priority, Next Action, When Date
Who and What entry boxes have "memory".  Start typing a commonly used Who or What, then press to auto-fill
Categories are shown on emails
