## What is LEAP?

Are you tired of trying to remember what all those weight, resistance bands, or rep counts you use in your lifting program? Have you wanted options to quickly find new exercises that target specific muscle groups, with instructional videos? Trash your spreadsheets. Don’t waste time tracking your weights in a spreadsheet or in your notebook. LEAP-Coaching Strength & Conditioning Mobile App was developed to help our summer high school and collegiate athletes track their weights and progress for each exercise during the LEAP-Coaching Summer Strength & Conditioning program. With a rapidly expanding library of exercises, including short description, targeted muscle group, and instructional videos, our athletes now have their fitness in the palm of their hand.

In our next revision we will allow athletes to add exercises to the global library. You benefit from the hive principle. Whether you search for exercise by name or by targeted muscle group, a rapidly growing library will populate your screen with descriptions, weight type (Medicine Ball, Kettlebell, Barbell, Elastic Bands, etc.), and instructional video.

We all want to see progress. Nothing beats a chart showing weight over time. It is a great motivator and can also identify why training has stalled. To address this we have on the development road map the ability for athletes to see their weight progression over time in graphical format.
