One day I hope Ireland can just move to tap to pay! Ich hatte nichts eingestellt gehabt oder geändert. Auch mit WLAN funktioniert es nicht. Und ich hatte vermehrt Benachrichtigungen erhalten, dass ich die App aktualisieren sollte, obwohl es schon lange war. Aktuell ist das nicht mehr der Fall aber das Problem mit dem Scanner ist immer noch da. Every time I try to “top up” the card (the central feature of the app, as the name would suggest), the payment system buffers and fails, regardless of the internet connection. No issues on iPhone 13 Pro (a 5-year old phone at this point) ### 5/5 — Honestly solid *2025-05-06* The TFI payment system obviously needs a rework, and hopefully in a few years the contactless payment system will be implemented. But this app itself is actually pretty solid. It almost always works for me, and when it doesn’t, the issue seems to be with my phone or iOS itself, not this app. In light of that, I consider the other reviews of it to be unjustly harsh. I like being able to easily see the transaction history and top up with such little effort — plus seeing how much time is left on the TFI 90-minute fare since you first tapped on is very helpful.
