### 5/5 — Highly recommended

*2025-02-07, version 1.996*

I’ve just got a leap and I absolutely love it the features are incredible I would highly recommend the leap debit card for parents wanting to monitor and give there kids a debit card easy transfers you can know whatever you child is spending and you can use Apple pay the physical card came within 3 days and they sent my daughter a new one when she lost hers overall highly recommended for all parents with kids 8-17 years of age!

### 1/5 — Worst customer journey experience

*2024-10-03, version 1.980*

This card is an absolute nightmare. It has no Apple Pay feature, even though they sent an email about it launching ‘soon’ about 6 months ago. If your child loses their physical card, only they can request a replacement by logging into the app… whilst parents just lost that complete authority or control to request card on kid’s behalf.
I’m sure there are better apps out there, so I will be looking to take my business elsewhere.
Please escalate this to your product owner… I will be interested to hear their feedback or business logic ?!

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2024-04-19, version 1.957*

So I have been using this for a long time and it works on atms and theres many other features! But always I get logged out and this does not work on Apple Pay I do recommend unless you need a bank with Apple Pay

### 3/5 — Unstable app

*2024-03-20*

The idea is really good and works most of the time but the problem is you can never tell when a top up doesn’t happen or child’s allowance fails to transfer. You always have to check things have worked or not and it’s tiring. They need a better IT team. Also their support team doesn’t work during working hours.

### 2/5 — Expensive

*2024-01-15*

it's an expensive method they don't only charge aed 20 per month maintainence but 3% on top ups via debit cards there are cheaper options and if your account is not funded they will debit their aed 20 leaving the child without access to funds

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback on our pricing! While some services may not have a subscription fee, Leap ensures a no-hidden-fees policy with all-inclusive benefits like zero charges on bank transfers (via bank linking), foreign transactions, ATM withdrawals, and card replacements as highlighted in our membership perks. The child can we even earn monthly cash back for saving! We believe in providing a transparent and comprehensive financial solution for families.

However, we hear your concerns and continuously strive to enhance our offerings to make them more affordable while maintaining the quality of service you expect from us.
