Some exercises great, others require planning/ prep / more than 5 mins with a 3 year old and some are very technically challenging for even 4-5 year olds. I’d understand if it was part of a session, but blowing a paper across a table was literally the entire exercise for the day. Totally unethical business dressed up as caring about people’s health and wellbeing. Steer clear would be my advice! ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service *2026-08-07* Be careful… this is one of those subscription services where you get a really great discount for the first time but then the next one the prices get jacked up and there are zero notifications/reminder emails. They just ping your card. Their customer service is quick to respond (based on the responses I’m guessing it’s AI). But all they could offer me was a free stress relieving PDF and only 25% of my money back. When I replied that I was disappointed in the 25% and would leave a review once our transaction was completed, their response was (and I quote) “We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience”. Be wary. If the app works for you, then wonderful. I did not need it. I looked into this as a resource for my counseling clients to use with their neurodivergent kids. I did not realize I was subscribing my business to a monthly fee of $60. My accountant had no reason to question the charge, and I paid for 17 months (at which point I discovered the recurring fee). I had never even downloaded the app; ironically, I had to download it to write this review. When asking for a refund, Leaply refunded a fraction of what I had paid. I searched ALL of my emails and only had ever received one message from them right when I apparently signed up for a “free trial.” There are no statements, invoices or notification of charges sent after that initial email. They are refusing to refund me for the duplicate subscription stating system limitations. The limitation should’ve told me I already had a subscription and not let me enroll twice. Customer service is unhelpful and refusing to refund me for the duplicate subscription ### 1/5 — This app has terrible customer service *2026-08-21* I used the app for the 30 days and was charged a cheaper rate. I didn't like the plan or app and felt like it was a waste of money. Then I canceled my plan. I was charged for the new higher rate, I sent a request asking for a refund and to cancel. No response. Now I've been charged again and I reached out to support asking for the same thing since I had tried to cancel months before. They did cancel my subscription finally but are offer 1/3 of a refund on one of those charges. After that they are grasping for straws with daily content for both neurokids and lymphatic reset. Don’t forget to cancel they’ll charge you for the content in perpetuity even though you choose a time frame initially and there is no new content coming with it so absolutely zero value. Predatory and low brow. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Poor clarity on costs *2026-08-17, version 1.2633.1* I think the people running this app offer very poor clarity on costs. I paid for what I thought was one month access to see if it helped. What I didn’t realise was that after 4 weeks I was actually on a subscription that went to £49.99 / 4 weeks. The subscription cannot be managed as a normal Apple subscription. When I try to cancel, their process is broken and buggy with final confirmation failing saying that browser security says the site cannot be trusted . ### 1/5 — Keeps charging me after I cancelled *2026-08-15, version 1.2633.1* I cancelled my membership exactly 1 month ago and have the email to prove it. They just charged me again.
