## What is Leapo?

Leapo connects you directly with your personal fitness coach. Your coach builds your training and nutrition around you, and Leapo is where it all comes together: your plan, your progress, and a direct line to your coach — in your pocket.

Note: Leapo is invite-only. Your coach adds you to Leapo; there is no public sign-up in the app.

WHAT YOU GET

• Personalized workout plans — your coach programs each session with sets, reps, target weights, and RPE, plus exercise demos. Follow along and log your sets as you train.

• Nutrition guidance — track meals, macros, and water intake, search foods and recipes, and review your history.

• Progress tracking — log body weight and measurements and watch your trends over time.

• Direct coach chat — message your coach, share progress photos, and get feedback in real time.

• Weekly check-ins — quick, structured check-ins keep your coach in the loop between sessions.

• Your schedule — see upcoming and completed sessions on a simple calendar.

• Apple Health sync (opt-in) — completed workouts and weight can sync to Apple Health.

• Face ID / Touch ID sign-in — fast, secure access.

You control your data: manage Apple Health and biometric sign-in in Settings, and permanently delete your account and all your data anytime from Settings → Delete Account.

Leapo provides general fitness guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any new exercise program.
