LeapConnect’s suite of communication tools make it easy to securely share relevant information with both the care recipient and other members of a care team via integrated group chat, secure messaging or video conferencing. Once a situation is being looked into or once that situation is resolved, other members of the care team are proactively informed. To help with daily support, LeapConnect has both reactive monitoring and pro-active remote engagement tools.
