Tried to go for the free 7 day trial and when I cancelled was in the hook for the year

Was only $3 so don’t mind

Can’t even get the games to load. Start screen asks to select a profile (have none) but there’s no way to create one

Shane on you. My daughter wanted to get this so I just obliged

I took the subscription platinum one through my Apple ID I was not able to hear any content. Then I tried reinstalling my app and did login with my First cry ID now I doesn’t show my subscription neither I can hear any books , rhymes etc .. 
pathetic interface and no customer service
