Bereits die erste Aufgabe besteht darin, herauszufinden, was „Mein Name ist Carlos“ bedeutet, indem man aus drei Antwortmöglichkeiten die richtige Übersetzung auswählen soll. Als Anfänger hat man davon jedoch noch keinerlei Ahnung und kann im Grunde nur raten. Genauso geht es weiter: Man soll das richtige Bild zu einem arabischen Text auswählen, den man nicht einmal lesen kann. Zusätzlich ist das Löschen des Accounts in der App nicht möglich. In der Abfrage „Warum löschen?“ funktioniert der „Weiter“-Button schlicht nicht. Nachdem man einen Grund per Toggle ausgewählt hat, reagiert der Button nicht – egal, wie oft man ihn antippt oder welchen Grund man auswählt. Ich kenne mehrere Sprachlern-Apps, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. L’utilisateur devrait pouvoir choisir librement les mots qu’il souhaite travailler, sans qu’ils soient cochés par défaut.
