I could access everything: animals, houses, numbers, words, and more, all at any time without restrictions. It was perfect for learners of all levels and a rare gem among language apps I feel as if it was one of the very best you could’ve downloaded on the App Store. But now? Everything is locked behind a paywall. Suddenly, out of nowhere, we need to pay just to earn “hearts” or unlock content we used to have free access to. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Why take away what was already free and turn it into a money grab? This update doesn’t feel like an improvement it feels like a betrayal. As someone who supported and used this app consistently, I expected better. At least give loyal users the option to continue with the old access, or offer a more reasonable model.
