I am a developer and instead of loading the words into memory please give some option to like make a packets ajax request to load a bunch of words at once in the background. A vocab list even top tier shouldn't take 700MB optimized ### 4/5 — Good for absolute beginners *2016-04-14, version 4.8* I like this app. I paid £7.99 for the upgrade to the full version. I'm not sure it's worth £7.99 but I am happy with the app, quite a few useful resources. It's great for beginners who just want to learn loads of vocabulary and also each word has sample phrases, so you can see how the word is used too. And there is audio for all of that, which is super useful because Portuguese pronunciation is pretty tricky. I also found "Portuguese Pod 101" through this app, which is a free website full of lessons and resources and audio clips. Even conjunctions are introduced, which the student picks up without being intimidated. Great way to improve vocabulary, reading, pronunciation and overall comprehension. I have tried re-starting iPhone and re-installing the app with no success. Tried multiple times to contact tech support through their website, each attempt failing to send. I am running an iPhone 4 which is restricted to iOS 7.1.2 so don't let my review discourage you if you're a little more up to date than me. Word power's "support" is weak and has not been able to deliver solutions either.
