## What is Learn C Programming?

Learn C programming from beginner fundamentals to advanced concepts, then write and run supported C code offline on iPhone and iPad. C Language Assistant combines a structured C course, an on-device code editor, guided exercises, quizzes, and instant output in one focused study app.

Follow 42 step-by-step chapters and 36 hands-on labs covering syntax, variables, loops, arrays, strings, functions, pointers, data structures, recursion, algorithms, debugging, and modular design. No account is required. Lessons, projects, editing, and bounded local code execution work without an internet connection; the App Store is contacted only for purchase and restore.

Code Workspace

Structured Lessons and Exercises

42 chapter lessons start from the first program and cover variables, types, operators, input/output, branching, loops, arrays, strings, functions, pointers, structures, dynamic memory, recursion, algorithms, testing, debugging and modular design. Each chapter includes explanations, example code, interactive diagrams, execution tracing, hands-on tasks and quizzes.

36 code labs cover syntax, arrays, strings, functions, sorting, searching, recursion and base conversion, and provide steps, starter code, sample input/output, tests, hints, common mistakes and advanced challenges. All lessons and labs are included with the app and do not rely on online web pages.

Safe Local Interpreted Execution

User source code is lexically analyzed, parsed and executed in a restricted manner by the app’s built-in engine. It does not generate or load ARM64 instructions, Mach-O, object files or dynamic libraries, does not use JIT, and does not upload code to a server. Execution is bounded by limits on instruction count, call depth, input volume and output volume.

C Language Assistant is not Clang, GCC or a complete ISO C toolchain. The current interpreter does not perform arbitrary memory access, full struct and union semantics, malloc/free, multi-dimensional arrays, a full preprocessor, real file I/O, networking, processes or system commands. Lessons flag advanced topics that require further experimentation with a desktop standard C toolchain.

Privacy and Purchases

No account is required. The app does not integrate advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not request tracking permissions. Code, projects, learning records, settings and free usage counts are saved only within the app container by default; exercise code cannot access device files, the network, other app data or iOS APIs.

The first 20 code runs and the first 10 lesson detail views are free. The permanent unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription and does not auto-renew; after purchase, you can run code and open lessons without limits, and Restore Purchases is supported. The price and currency are provided by the App Store based on the user’s region.

Version 2.1 adds support for 9 languages: Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, and Italian. 

The complete 42 chapters of lessons, 36 code labs, interactive diagrams, quizzes, workspace, run diagnostics, settings, and the permanent unlock page have all been localized. 

This update does not change existing features, free usage quotas, or purchase rules.
