I would open up the app excited to see what’s next to learn. I was learning Cantonese for my boyfriend. Great experience. I just have couple issues to address: • The app limits you to 5 mins a day which is kinda a low number, I think you should do 5 mins to extend your streak and then after that you can choose to do more lessons if you want to. • If you are a slow learner like me sometimes they introduce a lot of words in 5 mins even if you are getting most of the questions wrong. In my opinion they should only let you move on once you have learned the other words.
