Also speaking fast for a new learner it is hard to catch up with the phrase ### 5/5 — Practice your tones! *2019-11-14* Although I don’t recommend phrases as a way to learn beginning Chinese grammar or vocab, I do recommend listening to and repeating these phrases as a very helpful method for getting your tones sorted out. I’m an intermediate student but needed to fix my tones and these bite sized phrases (fast and slow) were perfect. selecting and replaying these phrases is much easier than trying to pinpoint something on an mp3 audio recording from my textbooks. It is just as great as Fluenz and after trying it out a little I’m able to see myself learning advanced Mandarin with it. With this app one can repeat the phrases over and over till you get it right. There’s even a slow-down button and you can even record your own voice. This app is worth every penny you pay for it and I PROMISE that your Mandarin will improve leaps and bounds.
