## What is Learn Chinese?

More than 2000 hand-picked words and phrases across HSK 1, 2 and 3.

> 30 lessons that begin with how Chinese actually works, why 好 is "woman" plus "child", how the four tones move, what pinyin's awkward letters really sound like.

Tap anything to hear it spoken. Mark what you know, and spaced repetition takes over: each word comes back just before you'd have forgotten it.

Your home screen brings the day to you, a short set of new phrases, your streak, and a grammar lesson to go with them. The widget puts a fresh phrase on your iPhone home screen every morning.

ALSO INSIDE
• Flashcards — swipe right for what you know, left for what needs work
• Quiz — character to meaning, or meaning to character
• Auto-listen — hands-free playback that keeps working from the lock screen and Control Center
• Every character broken into its parts, linked to the other words that use them
• Favourites, streaks, and a calendar of the days you studied

Meanings in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.

Works fully offline. No account, no sign-up, no tracking, no ads.
