After the first day, he told me he wasn’t interested in using it, so I canceled the subscription right away. Despite canceling, I was still charged for the full year — $180 CAD, which is definitely not cheap. When I contacted Tonestro, they told me to request a refund through Apple. I did that twice, and both requests were rejected. Apple said the decision was final, so now I’m stuck paying for a full year of an app my son refuses to use. Very disappointing experience.
