A lot of the examples are not put into a context that you need the 'word of the day, to be in and find them irrelevant. It is however a great guide to listen to various words being pronounced despite this setback. I do understand and can speak basic French. I can also read and pronounce most words but to use correct gramma for basic conversations this app is not the one you want. If you are learning French as a hobby and do not plan on traveling to a French speaking country this app will be ample.
