This is a very good app for only £5, you can get all the languages for £20. It covers lots of topics and has audios too. I am not sure if it allows you to use it an another device though after you have purchased it.

Essendo io di madre francese, noto che quest’app è veramente scarsa di vocabolario, con parole e termini che sono spesso inutilizzati.
Va bene largamente solo e solamente per ragazzi sotto i 15 anni.
