New: Artikel exercise

A new Artikel drill on the Practice hub for German article declension — pick the right form of der/die/das in a
blanked sentence. Includes a reference tab with the full declension tables, a filter to choose which cases to
practise, and a review round for anything you got wrong. Questions are generated from the app's own vocabulary, so
they don't repeat.

Improvements

- The activity heatmap now shows today. Previously the last few days could fall off the edge of the grid. It also has
day and month labels, and tapping a day shows the date and how much you practised.
- In Präpositionen, the "Next question" button stays in one place at the bottom instead of moving below the feedback,
so you no longer have to scroll after every answer.
- The launch splash is shorter and no longer holds up the app.

- Again shows the card more frequently, Good schedules a review in a few days, Easy removes it from rotation until much later
- A first-time tutorial appears automatically explaining all three gestures — shown once, never again
- The existing Again / Good / Easy buttons still work; both inputs show the same animated feedback badge
- Rating feedback: a centered badge bounces in with the icon and label after every rating, then fades out — works for swipes and button taps alike

• Search results now appear only when you tap the Search button — no more interruptions while you're still typing

• New: Steigerung — comparative and superlative endings for Nominativ, Akkusativ, and Dativ, with both definite and indefinite article forms; includes irregular forms (gut →
