Na instagramu si pustili kampaň jak oni mají AI a Duolingo je zastaralé. Ok ja si platím family za cca 1800 ročně tuším, AI stoji 6000 pro 6 lidi. No ale to co je zajímavé. Tahle aplikace mluví jen anglicky při startu to chce vše možné povolení a nakonec to chce povolení, že po 7 dnech zaplatíte 1990 Kč ročně.. nainstaloval jsem si to jen proto abych se ujistil jestli se jedná o stejný model. Duolingo je mnohem lepší zaprvé je zdarma, za druhé umí česky a nabízí snad 50x více jazyků.

Závěr: bez toho aby jste schválili že po 7 dnech se vám zaplatí prémium se dál nedostanete a to je ten problém protože ta aplikace sází na to že uživatel na to zapomene.

The speech to text mechanism on this app is very bad. it’s irritating even my German friend didn’t know how to pronounce  words so it thinks it correct.

AI chat doesn’t work properly in translating my responses at all and also playing voice of some sentences has significant delay. But the Ideas of learning and the whole package seems nice.

I was born in Germany, but never learned the language. I’ve been using the app to study for a return trip and have been loving it! The UI is similar to other language learning apps, but much more responsive and feels cleaner. The design is unburdened by a lot of extras (rankings/social aspects) that annoy me on other apps. I also feel like I’m learning the important phrases for conversation more quickly than I have in other app attempts. Can’t wait to put it to the test when I travel later this year!

Üben’s AI conversational tutor and speech abilities are really helping me improve my open-ended German communication far beyond what other learning programs have offered. I’m finally starting to feel confident speaking with native speakers about topics that stray beyond the basics!

I’ve tried a number of language learning applications, but Üben’s approach and content puts it a cut above the rest. While the general flow has a familiar feeling to other applications, the conversation feature which utilizes state of the art artificial intelligence makes the mobile language learning experience far more dynamic and curated to my level of skill and current knowledge
