Pros:
1. It’s free. I’ve been playing for a few weeks, made it to level 100+
2. Good as a flash card vocabulary builder.
3. There is a daily bonus (bottom left icon).

Cons:
1. The same game over and over and over 😕
2. Winning each level is a distraction from learning 😖
3. Don’t expect to become fluent or even conversational with this app. It’s 95% about vocabulary 😜

I like this app, as it is very polished, and fun, and helpful in learning spanish words.  They need to try and get the bugs out though as it crashes often, and sometimes the voice effects become muddled.  Will be a great app if you can resolve the bugs.

Мне очень нравится, это приложение, оно правда затягивает, хорошая подача. Однако, после похождения слов, где меняется озвучка, приложение сразу вылетает, невозможно даже пройти уровень. У меня это каждый раз происходит на слове  alternative. Да, и с озвучкой временами беда, нормальный, классической голос переодически меняется на некоторых словах, затем слова произносят с ошибками.

The app is fantastic, there’s not really any other apps like this, and it makes memorization a breeze, however i do hope the developer updates soon, to fix the bugs where the app crashes from certain Words 🙏🏼

It is a great learning platform. It doesn’t even feel like you’re learning, but having fun. There’s been a few trigger words that won’t let you finish out the game to move on. I’m on level 400 something and it’s getting difficult to play because the game cuts off when you hit certain words.

I had the same problem last year and nobody responded to my request for help. Again, I sent request for help five days ago and it has yet to be addressed. There are many reviews in the Apple App Store stating that nobody is getting responses for support requests

Additionally, many times when a sentence is created it will read the sentence in a robotic voice rather than a natural voice, and then the app will crash.

I have paid for a premium subscription, but it did not apply correctly. The charge is present on my bank account.

in an effort to fix it, I uninstalled and reinstall the app. I lost my progress, my coins, and my boosters. The reinstallation did not solve the problem.

When I try to apply the premium purchase or restore purchases, I get the following: Error!

WA_PREMIUM_1_YEAR

This app seems fun at first, but it crashes and kicks the whole app off if you have to use certain words to get through a level.

There is zero customer service or IT available. They will charge you for things never actually provided.

You simply cannot learn anything, because the software has massive errors that make it impossible to proceed.

And there is no one to talk to. At all. But they will charge you, and provide nothing.

There are better language apps- do NOT recommend!

I love this game! I am learning so much and retaining it. Plus it’s fun figuring out the strategy for the harder boards. 

Please fix the bug making the game close out of nowhere. I’ve had to start at stage 1 about 3 times now. 

There are no other Spanish learning game that isn’t for children. Hope to be able to keep my progress.

I was unable to purchase coins/tokens.  I sent two emails to support.  NO ANSWER!!!  The game concept is good and keeps you engaged, but the customer service is extremely poor.  I have deleted the app and requested a refund.

First, I did the 3 day trial and had canceled on the second day, but they billed me for one year for what seemed even before the 3 days was over. Okay fine, so I’ve been using it for another day because the game is actually fun and helpful with learning Spanish. But it just keeps crashing over and over again. I closed all my apps and restarted my phone, but it keeps crashing. Such a shame and now I’m going to have to dispute the year subscription because I’m afraid they will renew in one year without my permission even though it is still canceled.

I’m a Spanish teacher and this app is wonderful it has helped me so much learn new words. Only issue is the voice gets creepy sometimes when it tells you the word in Spanish.  I recommend this for anyone who wants to improve their vocabulary. ¡Gracias!

Есть огромный, бесячий минус - иногда, при воспроизведении аудио-слов резко начинает хрипеть динамики (аж страшно) и выкидывает из приложения! Сейчас читаю отзывы и понимаю, что эта проблема существует дооолгие годы. 
Это не может не расстраивать, когда раз за разом ты подходишь к финалу - и все исчезает. 
Происходит это слишком часто. 
И все же, приложение интересное! Играешь и развиваешься

Amazing game until level 358. As soon as you touch “to dial” a robot voice says it and the game crashes.  Very frustrating after putting hours of work into the game. Tried emailing devs put got no response of potential fix.

App has been crashing, and restarting itself before I can ever read his diagnosis., it’s never done this before, but guessing they haven’t updated it for bit still, give Star review from me, with hopes that they update soon. I need my Spanish practice!
Literally love the different games, levels, rewards, categories, sentence practices, & ability to play the game with audio words. I’m learning and practicing my Spanish vocabulary in a bunch of different topics that I’m interested in. I love the pace, I never rush and, there’s an option to start vocab categories over, for more practice. The sentences and words you’re challenged on expand as you progress, so I’m getting to learn present tense, future tense, and so on in a fun way, repetitive yet advancing at my own pace. I definitely got the subscription because so see it as a valuable tool in helping expand and learn my Spanish vocab, spoken word, and sentence structures. Tips: -Audio words during games are key. -restart a game or vocabulary category as many times as you like until you feel confident) - set a high dally vocabulary and come back to it throughout the day.

I’ve had the Spanish Word App game since 2021. I started playing again and it is trying to charge me for almost ALL access. I cannot get any new word lists , the augmentations are all charge based , and it’s set up to the point where the puzzles are near impossible to solve without paying.
