Misleading as free app in reddit but it is paid app 
Not worthy

**Developer response:** Fair callout. The app was genuinely free when that post went up, a subscription came later as more content got added. The Reddit post is outdated on that front and I've added a note to it. First few lessons are still free if you want to try before deciding. Sorry for the mixed signal.

In reddit you have mentioned free app for the community but you have subscription fees, why misleading information?

**Developer response:** Thanks for flagging this, fair question. The app was free when I first launched about 5 months ago, that Reddit post was accurate at the time. We introduced a subscription after that as the content grew, though the first few units are still free for anyone to try. Sorry for the confusion, I'll update the Reddit post. Can’t thank you enough!! I’ve been trying to find means to learn Tamil and most YouTube videos focused on grammar and textbook learning which is very difficult to grasp initially. So this is incredible! I especially love the “My Words” section which helps me revise whatever I learnt from previous lessons.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. That grammar-heavy, textbook style is everywhere on YouTube, so I built this to skip all that and go straight to how people actually talk. Glad My Words is helping too, that's exactly what it's there for.

This is just what I was looking for. Tamil that I can use. I just want to speak Tamil I don’t need to be a poet. I also love how it makes study enjoyable.
