### 1/5 — $10 for a simple memory game

*2013-10-13*

I am very dissapointed with the app, not worth the money! The game is a very simple memory game, not actually teaching me the language. There is no variation in the lessons, just a list of words and then a memory game. The thai spelling of the words is shown but there are no activities to learn it.

### 1/5 — Waste

*2011-03-01, version 1.2*

What a waste of money there are other apps for free and are just as good as this 1

### 1/5 — Utalkthai

*2010-12-29*

What happened to continuous play? Former versions one could press the play button and listen to entire lesson, which helped you to gain familiarity with the language. Now it's one press at a time,ONE WORD AT A TIME, BOOOOORING
WHY DOWN GRADE A GOOD APP???

### 2/5 — Not worth the money!

*2010-12-01, version 0*

50% of the phrases are wrong!

### 4/5 — Great App, needs more Content

*2012-09-28*

Gear app. Nice to have the little games that don't take too much time. Really needs more content and dialogue would be a big bonus.

### 4/5 — Great quality, but needs more content

This is a first rate vocabulary builder, with pictures and quizzes.

I love the fact that every word is recorded twice - once by a male and once by a female speaker.

There is some weirdness around the male use of 'chan' IMHO, but overlooking that this is a fun, easy to use product.

The downside is, that if you're not an absolute beginner - this package is relatively small, and you'll finish it in a day or two - making the price pretty expensive for what you get.

I'm hoping the developer adds some kind of vocabulary upgrade options, so new modules can be purchased. I love this format, but the vocabulary is pretty limited.

Also it would be great to be able to save words to a review list.

### 5/5 — Fab app!

*2012-04-27*

Perfect app for practicing Thai on the go.

### 5/5 — Very good for beginners

*2012-02-04, version 1.5*

This app is very good to give you very basic groundings in thai language. The game-like approach is useful in learning a number of basic words. Like all things Thai, the pronunciation may differ from what you had heard in the past but is good most of the time.

A useful extension would be a wider vocabulary even for an additional extension price.

As a beginner learner of Thai language for everyday use (and English not being my first language) I found this app to be the first very useful amongst a fair few and supporting my learning. Very happy with my purchase.

### 5/5 — Great!!!

Superb learning tool. Perhaps a tad advanced for the beginner but fantastic as a study tool for those who have been learning for 6 months onwards!!
