He was consistent with providing reassurance and providing praise for my achievements. His teaching style is impeccable, and I couldn’t recommended anyone better. The app is terrible, the important features are simply a hyperlink to their website, so what’s the point in the app. There’s no option to “reschedule” lessons - to do this you have to “cancel” a booked lesson in order to have the hours refunded. I had more lessons cancelled by my instructor than actually fulfilled. Our first instructor was unreliable, regularly late and unknown to us at the time was only partially qualified. We changed to another but had an equally unsatisfying experience as he cancelled our last two lessons with no warning. We left RED, got a refund for outstanding lessons and thankfully our son passed with a local independent driving school. Second, the same reason and he has to go to the toilet???!!!! I know for a fact if I was 10 minutes late turning up to the car, he would have drove off. On my second lesson I had to pull over so he could get out and go to the toilet!!! I seen there’s some really nice, clean, smooth, brand new Volkswagen cars I thought I’d be learning in them but no. He turns up in a dodgey as anything Renault clio. Not happy. I’ve spent a load of money on this never again will I. This is even more frustrating how I was actually going to go with a different driving school then I changed last minute to RED I regret it to say the least.
