There are many places where I teach and reception is bad indeed. Seems to me that is a bit as a useless tool if you do not have internet. Any chance this can be sorted please? Please help!!!! ### 2/5 — Why does this need internet to work? *2022-02-17, version 2.0* It’s a great app, I use this as a visual aid with my pupils as a driving instructor. Since it needs internet to work I have to connect my Ipad to my Iphone’s hotspot in order to connect the Ipad to the internet. It’s not a problem at all, but if I have poor signal the video clips won’t launch which is quite embarrassing. Since I paid for the full content not sure why I cannot store all the clips on my device. Could you make all the clips available to use offline if all content paid in full? ### 3/5 — Great app but needs internet to work *2021-06-12, version 2.0* This is a great app with realistic graphics my pupils love it. The best video is the meeting traffic one. I turn the volume down and scroll through the video manually for my briefs. The problem I’m having with it is it now requires Internet to show the videos, so if you forget to use your phones Hotspot the video doesn’t start. Very embarrassing in front of a pupil. I’m sure it worked without the internet when I first bought it. ### 4/5 — 3D Clutch, Brake, Gas pedal and Gear lever. *2020-10-03, version 2.0* It would be a nice addition to have a window in the bottom corner showing an animation along with the regular animations just to show the timing of applying the Clutch,Brake, Gas and Gear lever. I’ve tried everything.. but still no sound... ### 4/5 — Fantastic App; great for theoretical learners! *2020-02-22, version 1.0.7* Got the app after taking many long hours of driving lessons with a previous and not-so-good instructor. This app really helped me, in tandem with lessons from Mr Rawden, to get my head around a lot of the processes you need to know and understand when driving. I found the videos help to solidify what you learn on lessons, and the audio reinforces it (touching upon multiple different ways of learning too). As someone from a more academic background that at times is lacking in common sense, having this as an effective study tool to “revise” has been invaluable. But it is not working properly .It is shawn in my bank account that the payment has gone through .Please help me for this matter . ### 1/5 — Has potential but flawed *2019-07-31, version 1.0.7* Whilst using this app to assist you in learning to drive may help, several of the instructions are incorrect and do NOT adhere to the DVSA Highway Code especially with reference to lane changing towards and on roundabouts, moving away from the side of the road and overtaking. It refers to a shoulder check, when they mean blind spot check and if you were to follow the app guidance you’d very soon collide with vehicles. Moving away from the side of the road, you’ll need to read Rule 159 in the Highway Code - that is what you’ll be tested on. Was this app written by Approved Driving Instructors because anyone wort their salt would immediately be able to spit the omissions. At best, this app should be remodelled with Highway Code references and the correct procedures. After paying for the app for some reason the majority of the videos or information is locked until you pay for it. If I’d of known how crappy this was I wouldn’t have bothered, seriously guys save yourself the money and frustration and just watch YouTube tutorials you gain far more knowledge than what this waste of time app offers. The information is wrong and will not help a driving instructor or pupil in any way. The app constantly crashes and freezes, making it unusable. I tried to resolve the issues, but was basically told it wasn’t their problem. I reinstalled it twice and still nothing. I regret the day I even come across this app.....waste of time and money. Deleted app to reload see if that helped, need to pay another £4.99 if I want access to all the animations again. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Highly recommended *2025-04-17, version 2.3* As a driving instructor and former examiner this was the first thing I re installed in my phone when returning to instructing. Not because I didn’t know how to instruct but because it is very much like my style of instruction and if my pupils want to practice with family and friends it avoids confusion. The paid version is we worth the additional cost as it’s much cheaper than a driving lesson and could also mean you need fewer lessons with your instructor so saves you money in the long run. ### 5/5 — No sound *2020-08-01, version 2.0* Anyone who posts a review saying there’s is no sound’ May I suggest that your device is on mute. I show this to all my learners and advise they download and use it. I also use this as a teaching aid. And wow it is so easy to use. When teaching I turn the sound off and talk through with the students.
