Also included are audio files for all words and phrases. The translations are riddled with errors however. The phrases are very formal and very northern. I have used this app since I very first started to learn Vietnamese and two years later I am still finding it useful. In the beginning stages it helped me tune my ear to hearing the differences between the tones and gradually build up a vocabulary. Listening to the words in sentences has always been very beneficial and now I am at 'intermediate' level I realise that the grammar used is reliably correct. I still regularly use the app to test myself on hearing words in my word bank or from categories of words relevant to the topic of my current language lesson.
