### 1/5 — Awful, buggy, barely function for the user

Why is it so hard to find the desktop login? This app continually crashes or simply will not load a training module on my phone. When trying to use the desktop site it’s ridiculously hard to find the login page for users, instead you’re pushed to their marketing page. Terrible system overall and a huge hassle

We’ve been working with Learn365 for coming up on 3 years and their whole system is… frustratingly bad. Worse yet is when you have a problem (which there will be many) they just act like it’s a feature and not a bug. “Weaponized Incompetence” is how I would describe it.
Best part is that it is a paid service, so, you get to pay for the frustration.
