What a joke, this is so useless. Most items it says not compatible with mobile etc etc why have an app that only supports a few basic items. Waste of employee time typical of Cox to have multiple platforms and logins for the same thing.

Login via Cox Automotive seems to fail. Activity icon displays continuously without displaying the next view.

Content is good, logging in has been an ongoing fiasco.

Content catalog is great in terms of selection and quality. However, it takes too many steps to login. Would be great if it remembered my login or worked with Touch ID. Also, reading books not a good experience; wish I could save a pdf or read via kindle.
