I subscribed to this to encourage my daughter to read but I’m unable to turn off the narration. She will just sit there listening to the stories. Not reading a thing! Not good for a reading app lol. Unless I’m missing something. Please add an option to turn off the narration. Also make the question to get into the parent area a bit harder. Many thanks

When i open app it stuck on privacy policy and i try many times by clicking on agree , but it can’t work.

The app just doesn’t work!!!

For some reason, I cannot play some of the videos (e.g. Shakespeare Lives, all the British Tales, etc). The thing is I cannot find any technical support to help me out!!!  My subscription is going to expire in a month!!!

This has been my worst experience with Apps.
You can hear the sound only with headphones.
Connecting the mobile to the TV you can hear from the mobile and either from the TV.
I have contacted the customer care who is not answering properly.
Now I am obliged to pay something that the kids are not enjoying because the experience is an hustle all the time.
