作为一个主要针对未成年儿童学习中文的App，这个App竟然是无法用儿童账户下载后正常使用的。客服说用儿童帐户下载安装这个App，会无法正常登陆，会屏蔽课件，无法看见PPT，必须使用成人帐户登陆下载App才可以。对此我感到不可思议。

WHY IS IT SAYING PPL!?

Much of the English version of this app is still in Chinese, so it’s really not easy to use by customers who speak English only. You have to guess a lot when tapping buttons trying to navigate through the app. I’ve brought this up multiple times to Blingo but they haven’t done much of anything about it, which is frustrating. I’ll update my rating if this changes.

上课时间有时候会突然变了没有通知，有问题无法联系负责人，app没有联系客服功能。

This app is perfect! The teachers are nice and patient, the curriculum is not that challenging, and the app is pretty simple but one thing that could be improved is the mascot.
