시험 끝나기 전에 창으로 몇초뒤에 자동 제출이라고 왜 뜨는 건가요 그것만 없으면 시험 다 끝낼 수 있었는데 창 닫느라고 시간 날려서 문제하나 날렸습니다 그리고 알람 확인했는데도 자꾸 확인 안했다고 뜨고 메시지 함 가독성 왜이렇게 떨어지게 만드신건가요 과목이 다 섞여 있어서 하나도 눈에 안들어 옵니다 일반 앱이면 그냥 사용할텐데 성적과 관련된거잖아요 개선 좀 해주세요

요즘에는 강의자료실에 있는 자료도 잘 안 보입니다.. 시작 요청을 찾을 수 없습니다. 다시 시도바랍니다 라고 알림이 뜨네요. 

어쩔 수 없이 이 앱을 저희가 써야하니까 대충해도 된다고 생각하지 마시고 얼른 조치 부탁드립니다.

전체적으로 사용하기 편리하나 로딩과 튕김현상이 너무 자주 발생합니다. 그리고 이게 특정 부분에서만 발생하는게 아니라 랜덤하게 발생해요. 전에는 됬었던 강의시청이 다음에는 안되고, 강의 계획서도 어떤 과목은 보이고 어떤과목은 안보이고 합니다. 해당 문제점을 개선하여 주시면 좋겠습니다.

I can’t download Learning X app for student use. I already used your app well and when I open it tonight, I can’t access to class videos. I thought it’s error and delete it and try to downloading again. But I can’t even find this app now. It said it’s not my region. I try both my US Apple ID and Korean Apple ID. Hope service team can give an answer about this problem quickly .
