The law school I’m attending does not give.edu addresses to students. This should not be a requirement to access typical 1L, 2L, 3L cases. Furthermore, there’s no way to contact a help desk or troubleshoot.

I tried to sign up but the app would not let me apply my school or education (2nd sign up section). Not sure what the issue is but the developers need to look into it.

Very interesting concept, but the app doesn’t work without a .edu email account. Universities in Canada don’t use .edu. Makes the app effectively useless for students outside the US.

This is a great app for prepping cases, but I annotated a case and tried to print it from online for class and it would not sync all my notes, so I had to rush and reread the case, adding the highlights to the online version. I had tried syncing the iPad over and over again and it would not upload all my notes over a 15 minute span (it only uploaded a few and not even all in the same area).

I can read any case anytime anywhere just in my palm. This app is really helpful.
