Unable to enter a portal name.  It’s stuck with a default learnupon.com Portal Name and doesn’t allow anything else to be entered with my iPhone 14P

I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now through my iPad and through the website. I have spent more time trying to reload it and find a way to get it to work than I have actually opening the app and using it. Interestingly enough, the app that is offered through my android phone and my PC laptop works like a charm. Not sure what’s wrong with the Apple side of things, but this has not been as seamless as I had hoped.

Sometimes this app works well. Other times it is buggy, especially in interactive exercises. When I turn it to the side (landscape/horizontal), the keyboard either doesn’t respond or it stays in portrait/vertical mode. It also goes back a slide. Sometimes it tries to play a video when there isn’t one to play. Reopening the app doesn’t solve this problem. I would report the problem using the link, but there is no way to do so after following the link on either Apple or the company website.

Updated review: This app needs to be updated badly. It STILL has problems several months after my initial review. Lowering to one star.

Better to use Safari than the application. No landscape mode, no multi-tasking (so you can’t have a second application to take notes about whatever you are learning). Poor formatting and poor rendering of content. Not recommended.

Was able to input my login once and now it just crashes when I open the app
