I also submitted multiple requests for a callback, but no one ever called me back. I need it for work. Im not paying for it. **Developer response:** It is free to use, but of course it comes with some limitations. I have priced the app very fairly and constantly update and support it to keep it running smooth for all users. I had some issues with Layers in May, and there was some upgrades I made. There is a new version of the app out now that should work great. I do not need this app **Developer response:** All subscriptions are managed inside of the App store. Open the Apple App store, in the top right you will see your profile image, click that and there should be an option that says 'subscriptions'. Got me where I needed to go, so I thought I should buy the app. Bought the app and now it froze. I can't use it for work and it was very important for work. I like that you can drop different colour pins which makes it easy for route planning. And having the search history is handy. **Developer response:** Thank you! That is really great to hear, and I am glad you have been with me for so long. Inside the app there is a place where you can put your profile if you want. The profile is confidential and private, but if you fill out your address I will mail you our some free stickers! ### 5/5 — Fantastic App *2022-09-30* I visit several Oil rigs each day, and this app has not failed me, rig apps are slow to update new locations, rig signs along the road are hard to see at night, this app though hasn’t failed yet. Had to delete and re down load but then worked prob a phone problem. BUT i was able to talk to a real person right away and they helped me trouble shoot before deleting and redown loading . I then got a txt asking if i was able to get the app working properly later that day ! Unbelievable real person and great customer service !! **Developer response:** Sorry about that issue where it wasn't working and you had to re-install it. I am always here for help and support. It does work well for finding LSD’s but unfortunately, it doesn’t give you the LSD of your location. PS Thanks for responding to my review 2yrs later 🙄👍 **Developer response:** Sorry about that, I think we had a issue with a version of the app. There should be 10 searches per 30 day period.
